Zachary A. Forman is an attorney and judicial leader with experience spanning general counsel practice, litigation, and regulatory and appellate adjudication.

He serves as Presiding Administrative Law Judge in Arizona and Chief Justice of the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe Supreme Court, overseeing judicial work and institutional operations.
